As a deeply emotional eater, every thought of every day is guided by what I am going to take in next! Today is my first post, aha, thank you Russell Brunson~ finally, a way to express myself without being on video, Phew! How harshly we self-judge our appearance, thus Facebook is not any fun! I spent the last three decades coming to grips with being an emotional eater. Since college I poured myself into learning as much as I could about the human body, exercise, and physiology (how your body works) It was fascinating and I came to the conclusion that our body is a machine that we alone control. That in itself is empowering! I chose to Decide that I would re-channel my intense connection to food towards making micro-progress each 24 hours. Being an emotional eater is only debilitating if you say it is. Instead Just Decide that you will admit that your body is a fascinating machine and the best part is that your body cannot not react to your micro-progress. Down to the cellular level, it’s the truth! No matter what you took in during your last 24 hours, your body is waiting with bated breath for your next choice and your body will respond precisely. To me it’s a fascinating journey when you just DECIDE to grasp that you get to choose what to take in or not take in — in your very next 24 hours. The best part of all is that by mastering this moment, your body, your own glorious machine, will be better off 24 hours from now than you were 24 hours ago. Just Decide!
